Return & Refund Information:
We want you to enjoy your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
- Please note: Our policy lasts 72 hours. If the required timing has been exceeded since purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 72 hours from the delivery or purchased date.
- Items bought within Abuja should be return within 24 hours after purchase. For clients outside Abuja, a maximum of 72 hours is accepted
- Items must be unused and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning or shipping of any item(s) not due to an incorrect order or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge.
- We do not offer price adjustments or rainchecks.
- In cases of faulty products, if a purchased item is still under the stipulated warranty period, you should contact the service center with your receipt of purchase or visit to any of our retail outlet.
- We require the invoice/receipt issued on purchase. Send the items in the original packaging. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking as HAVILAH FUSION TECHNOLOGIES will not be responsible for lost shipments.
Note: It could take up to 5Days before defective products are fixed and returned back to you.
Exchange Requests:
Note: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, once the returned item is received, a new order will be processed for your exchange and shipping details would be made available to you.
If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. If you request an exchange for an out of stock item, we will issue an E-commerce store credit.
Refund Requests:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
