• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Orders placed after 5:30PM will be processed the next business day.

• Delivery timeframes start from the day your order is dispatched, not from the day it is placed.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

• We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• You can also track your order directly through your account on our website.
